Description:

Manufacture: CB series of supply Air grilles are constructed from high quality Aluminium (6063-T6) alloy extrusions. Frames are mitered and cleated. Curved blades are individually adjustable and are separated from frames with injection moulded Nylon bushing to eliminate corrosion & vibration. Blades are held in position with stainless steel spring wire. At the outer edge of the frame is a specially engineered channel, which retains an extruded flexible vinyl gasket that produces a positive air seal. Flange mounting holes are dimpled to allow counter sunk screw heads.

The grill blades and damper blades are mounted in the same extrusion. The parallel blade damper is operated from the face with an aluminium operator lever.
